I booked a ticket 2 months back from Travel chacha.com site and I never got the ticket from them. So I placed a request for cancellation of my ticket and refund of my money. since then I am calling them for the refunds and it's been more than 1 month that I am continuously calling them.
Evert time I call them, I get the reply saying that "yesterday only we have placed a request for your refunds and you will get it in your account with-in two working days" But unfortunately it has never happened.

These guys are a big fraud so no one should book their tickets from them.
