I had booked a air ticket for Kolkata to Guwahati thru Travelchacha portal on 21.07.2010, the journey date being 19.10.2010 & booking reference being B6J9DL of Indigo Airlines.

When I came to the airport for checking in, I was told by the airlines that my ticket has been cancelled on 07.08.2010. Such cancellation was not informed to me, neither I had requested for such cancellation.

When I tried to contact Travelchacha customercare for refund of my money, I was misled everytime & no refund was given to me.

I purchased the ticket for Rs 2561.00 for Fuwahati Kolkata on 21.07.2010 & on cancellation of the same I had to purchase another ticket for Rs 4000.00 .

I demand my entire money of Rs 6561.00 should be refunded to me by Travelchacha.
