Dear Yatra Team,


I was booking my ticket on 19 July 2011 from Bhubaneswar to Patna but during the transaction process my account is debited with 4,375 Rs. but my ticket was not booked. I have send you many mail and called on your customer care service many time but my account is not credited yet. Its almost 2 month since my account is debited. Its a worst service from your side. As discussed with you i have already send my bank statement of that month. Kindly please refund my money as soon as possible.
