i bought a tata photon+ mobile broadband service, on 5th of may 2010, in bangalore ,,my photon+ # is 9241045098,
it connects but connectoin get terminated after 2 mins,and i have to restart my laptop for another 2 mins connection,i tried it with 2-3 laptops but same result everytime,,called customer care many a times but of no use,complain# 0722645984,today my 1GB free usage also lapsed,it was included in the wireless moden cost of Rs 2600/-, i want tata photon+ to replace my device or to pay my Rs2600/-
