I have registered a complaint (Complaint -no:1-2121988283 ) for poor connectivity of internet services even I am using the broadband option.
When enginners visited and checked the root cause, they stunned for poor cable was used during intallation enginners at time of setup and installation.
Due to this I suffered over 1 month period jsut for poor setup and despite of thsi I have paid all due bills.

I want clear justice from Tikona on this matter and catch that enginner who setup poorly with wrong cable and tell him to take responsibility of my loss and late bill fine etc.
