    Default Against Airtel Broadband and Telephone services

    Dear Sir,
    This is just to bring in your notice that my services has been deactivated on the ground that my cheque got dishonoured,but for your information my cheque get cleared on 12th Nov 2010,but my services got deactivated on 18th Nov 2010 on the basis of cheque dishonour and non payment, i have my bank statement which clearly shows that funds have been cleared to AIRTEL.Your people telling me that this might be due to technical problem,tell me one thing if airtel is having some techical problem then why should i suffer.
    On Continous call to Customer care they have activated my services till 22nd and if on 23rd my payment doesn't reflect in their system they will again deactivated my services.

    Airtel is giving enough ground to a customer to go to consumer court to resolve this issue,
    i have raise a complaint on 24th Nov to return back my bounced cheque when they have again discontinued my services on 23rd on the same reason. and when i called to know the dispatch status of my bounced cheque on 27th Nov ,they said yourcheque payment is reflecting in their system from 25th ,,my question is that how all of sudden when i have raise a complaint for returning of my bounce cheque,my payment starts reflecting in your system and still you have not activated my services till 27th Nov and when i called you up then you said now you are activating my services and even after 20hrs my services are still not active but from your side is activated and again you have raised a SR for checking it,i ma suffering from last ten days,i have called so many times in customer care wasted my time and money on that,now you people are mentally harassing me i will left with no option other than going to consumer court .As i am not asking for any favour.
    Again whn i called on 1st Dec,i came to know that my services are still not activated because my bill for the next cycle is again due(last date 29th Nov),then i clearly said i am not going to make any payment till my services are resumed,he confirmed me that within four working hours my services will be activated and i have to make payments within 48hrs of that. i have given my consent for the same but still my services are still not activated.
    i have been mentally harassed from last 15 days, my outgoing is deactivated,my family(old parents )can't contact me in case of any urgency.
    I have written a mail to Nodal officer but i think he is a big man,he doesn't have time to even respond even after a week.
    People are not ready to give even your telephone no and e-mail id. and not even the next levels of escalation matrix and full name and employee id of their own,this is against their corporate policy as per them.
    Please guide me to initiate action aginst them.

    Default More than 15 Days!! Still Airtel is not able to provide Broadband connection.

    Dear Sir,

    I am Deepak Bhoria, I have applied for the Internet Broadband Connection for my home #977, Sector-14, Gurgaon on 9th Nov'11. And on 14th Nov'11 one of Airtel's executive took the documents and Rs500 from my residence. Executive named "Sachin Tyagi" commited that my internet connection would be start on 17th Nov'11 by noon.

    Its more than 16 days when i applied for the connection but till now there is no connection at my end. I have called Mr. Sachin Tyagi almost 10-12 times and asked him by when you people will provide me this connection but it is good for nothing. From last 16 days i am waiting for this connection and everytime when i called them they made some excuses and asked me to wait for 30-45 mins.

    I have already send 2 mails to nodal officer NCR but there is no reply from their side and I have registered complaints in customer care regarding this, but the behaviour of Customer Care executive's is not good as well.

    Please do the needful and provide me this connection urgently.

    my name is nani, on 13th july 2011 i tried to get an airtel broadband connection n an agent came to fill the form n do the formality. he took an advance of 500 rupees. after 1 week i was told thatthe connection was not possible n i wud get my money via demand draft in 45 days.after about 2 months when i didnt get the money i called the calcenter n made a complain. i was given a complain no. 3995692 n was told to wait for about a week but still nothin happend n was again given another complain no. 7113256 but again nothin... n nw again another complain no.7826388. its been more than 4 months now...the amount of mental torture i hav been goin thru,,,n over that the agent who initially came to collect the money has no manners or sense how to talk to or handle a customer...i want to make a formal complain against him..i dont know his name but his phone no. is 09650393862 he is very rude n keeps shouting at me on the phone..thats no way to talk to someone
    wid the poor experience i had wid airtel i dont have any hope that you are even gonna read this complain or not...seriously airtel sucks bigtime..i have an mtnl broadband now n i thank god i didnt get airtel ...

    Thumbs down Airtel cannot change even a broadband plan

    hello,
    I am using airtel broadband connection 011-47097000 on the name of Avon Steel.
    12th september 2011 :I sent a request for broadband plan migration from Rs.799 to 4mbps(30gb) plan. i waited for my next billing cycle that starts on 26th.(request no.3916620)

    6th october 2011: After waiting for many days i called customer care and asked that why plan is hasn't been migrated. Then, customer care executive told me that they didnt receive a confirmation(which i gave earlier when they asked me details like billing address and payment method). then also i asked them to migrate my plan once again and also lodged a complaint(complaint no. 5233698)

    Then i waited for next billing cycle to start from 26th of october.

    26th october 2011: My plan was not yet migrated, i again called your customer care and lodged a complaint. Customer care executive first told me that they didint recieve a confirmation for plan migration. but, when i gave him details like i called on 12th september and 6th october and gave confirmation then he said that they are facing some difficulty. he will escalate my case and that my plan will be migrated within a day.(Complaint no. 6271662)

    27th october 2011: After waiting for a day i again called customer care executive. he again said that he will escalate this matter even more and will give it a high priority and wait for a few days.(complaint no.6323720)

    3rd November 2011: After waiting for a few days i had to call again and this time customer care executive said that this case is given very high priority now and my plan will surely get migrated from my next billing cycle.(service no.6703650)

    Then again i waited for next biling cycle(26th november) to start.

    30th november 2011: After waiting for more than 3 days i had to call customer care yet AGAIN. this time customer care executive told me to that they will surely resolve this problem by 10th of september but as expected nothing happened. they told i again have to wait for next billing cycle to start.(service no.8108226)

    Yet again after waiting for next billing cycle(26th september).

    30th september: As you might have guessed i again called customer care executive and told them about my problem and he assured me that this problem will be resolved by 1st december.(service no.8108226)

    Voila nothing happened but first time i recieved a SMS from airtel asking me if i was satisfied with their resolution(hahahaha)...then i replied NO.
    Then immediately i recieved a call from airtel executive asking me what happened and why i was not satisfied. When i told him everything he said, "sir i have reopened your request it was closed on 12th september"..(because they made my case a priority and could not resolve it)..
    Then he went on and said, "sir,please call customer care again and yell at them to migrate your plan and if that doesn't work then abuse them say all sorts of things."...I was just astonished to hear this,he is not only asking me to yell but also abuse the customer care executive..

    End result is that airtel's service is really very very poor. If by chance payment gets delayed they call a customer 10 times a day but cannot call even once to know if their customer is satisfied. everytime i called they only escalated my case and made it a priority and in the end just closed it like that. I MUST SAY THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL..
