This is just to bring in your notice that my services has been deactivated on the ground that my cheque got dishonoured,but for your information my cheque get cleared on 12th Nov 2010,but my services got deactivated on 18th Nov 2010 on the basis of cheque dishonour and non payment, i have my bank statement which clearly shows that funds have been cleared to AIRTEL.Your people telling me that this might be due to technical problem,tell me one thing if airtel is having some techical problem then why should i suffer.
On Continous call to Customer care they have activated my services till 22nd and if on 23rd my payment doesn't reflect in their system they will again deactivated my services.
Airtel is giving enough ground to a customer to go to consumer court to resolve this issue,
i have raise a complaint on 24th Nov to return back my bounced cheque when they have again discontinued my services on 23rd on the same reason. and when i called to know the dispatch status of my bounced cheque on 27th Nov ,they said yourcheque payment is reflecting in their system from 25th ,,my question is that how all of sudden when i have raise a complaint for returning of my bounce cheque,my payment starts reflecting in your system and still you have not activated my services till 27th Nov and when i called you up then you said now you are activating my services and even after 20hrs my services are still not active but from your side is activated and again you have raised a SR for checking it,i ma suffering from last ten days,i have called so many times in customer care wasted my time and money on that,now you people are mentally harassing me i will left with no option other than going to consumer court .As i am not asking for any favour.
Again whn i called on 1st Dec,i came to know that my services are still not activated because my bill for the next cycle is again due(last date 29th Nov),then i clearly said i am not going to make any payment till my services are resumed,he confirmed me that within four working hours my services will be activated and i have to make payments within 48hrs of that. i have given my consent for the same but still my services are still not activated.
i have been mentally harassed from last 15 days, my outgoing is deactivated,my family(old parents )can't contact me in case of any urgency.
I have written a mail to Nodal officer but i think he is a big man,he doesn't have time to even respond even after a week.
People are not ready to give even your telephone no and e-mail id. and not even the next levels of escalation matrix and full name and employee id of their own,this is against their corporate policy as per them.
Please guide me to initiate action aginst them.
