Few days back I got a call from Aircel - Postpaid customer executive and convencied me to opt for their POSTPAID internet sevice instead of the current Aircel- prepaid internet service which I had already subscribed. At that time, I was told that as I am a corporate customer there wont be any Rental/One-off or any other charges and it will be full free service for first 3 months and only after that my billing cycle would start. However after a month of service I have received monthly bill of Rs.1882 which is totally unacceptable.
Also my credit limit is Rs.1000 however I am billed for Rs. 1882. Moreover I feel like I was cheated by the Customer executive & Aircel - Postpaid department for disturbing the previlages that I enjoyed in Aircel - Prepaid services and they have mislead me by providing false information.
