few days back i filed a complaint against Airtel broadband that a customer care executive called me and asked me to pay rs 1450 against my due bill of rs 2000.I had some issues with them thats why i was not paying the bill..bt he convinced me to pay the bill and consolidate me that the rest of your amount will be waived off against my number ie. ''01145088209''. Bt 3 weeks are passed and i havn,t got any waiver till yet. Please i request the authorities to please take an immediate action. Thank you.
