Hi Team Airtel,

Two months back I have applied for disconnect the Airtel Service and went to outside India and I got the mail that within 7 days we will do that and I paid whole outstanding amount, From last 7-10 days back I am again getting calls for pay the bills(after returning to India I shifted my home) and they are telling that my connection is not disconnected.
Please let me know under which Airtel's policy, Customer has to pay for rent while Airtel staff is to lazy to disconect the connection.
Every day, even today morning when i was spending my time with family, I got calls from various different customer Representative to pay the bill, and they are using such a rude language.
Please tell me Team Airtel, do i need to satisfy 100s of Customer Representative(CR), If i want to disconnect my service.
I am mentally harassed because of you guys, and i am able to concentrate on my regular work.
My father is heart patient and he is taking very seriously, as yours CR's are calling us so many time and using rude languages.

Finally before going to Consumer Court this is my sincere request to you that please send me what is the due amount , for which months and why i have to pay.

And yes my feedback is Very Negative with Team Airtel.
