I made payments for 2 land line airtel broadband numbers 011-47041270 & 011-47023038 on 28th Nov,11 & Airtel Rani Bagh Store via payment receipt no 3622, reference no 803529321 & Receipt no 3623 & reference number 803521516 respectively, amount Rs 750/- & Rs 750/- for both numbers.

Somehow Airtels' system still hasn't updated this payment in their records. Because of this I'm getting regular annoying calls for non payment of bill. and the new bill has got the Late Payment Surcharge amount which is unjustified as I paid on time . I've informed same to everyone who is calling me for payment reminder & have informed same through email (on 121@airtel.in with payment receipt copy attached for both bills)

Despite of regular calls & mails they haven't resolved my issue & i'm getting atleast 3-4 calls & sms in a day which is humiliating me as i've to explain everybody again n again despite of the fact that i've paid my bill on time. they are also charging me late payment surcharge as the amount is showing unpaid in their account..

MY QUESTION IS WHY SHOULD I SUFFER COZ OF THEIR INCOMPETENCY ??
THEY ARE DOING ANNOYING CALLS EVERYDAY & EMBARRASSING ME EVERYDAY IN FRONT OF MY STAFF , CLIENTS & RELATIVES..
