I have taken Airtel 3G data card bearing sim no 8790815159 on 15th Sep.
I have raised the network issue on 17th and tickets were raised on that day, Till date I am not getting any response.
I have expected a better quality service from Airtel which is absent.
One side bill is getting generated and another side there is no proper service exists.
I have sent the detailed screen shot and also asked for escalation matrix which were not responded.
Please resolve the issue on priority.
