I have applied for new airtel broadband connection with Wifi modem on 29 june 2010 at price of 1000 rs. But till now we didn't get connection and now they are asking more money for installing wifi modem.

In our application form(form no. 2292761) it is clearly mentioned that we will get wifi modem. While giving the connection their manager made so many commitments that you will get the connection on next day but airtel is making fool of us and asking for more money.
