    Default Airtel Broadband

    I signed up for an airtel broadband plan as well as landline on 31st January and also paid Rs.500 to Mr.Arbind Pathak, Territory Sales Executive of Axis India Calling Infotech (P) Ltd. (An authorised Channel partner of Bharti Airtel Limited) on his saying that the connection would be given within 5days but he has not fulfilled his commitment. I made multiple calls and complaint to the customer care but no actions have been taken by them yet.
    I am really helpless and now i feel that i made a great mistake by choosin airtel.

    I regret to inform you that I made complaints (11308444,11371920,11373084, 11405732,11439260,11456352 and 11457818) claiming that I signed up for an airtel broadband plan and landline on 31st January and also paid Rs.500 to Mr.Arbind Pathak, Territory Sales Executive of Axis India Calling Infotech (P) Ltd. (An authorised Channel partner of Bharti Airtel Limited) on his saying that the connection would be given within 5days but still I have not got the connections yet.
    I have got a worst impression about your services and so I am no more interested to take your connection. Please return the money within 24 hours.

    Default Airtel Broadband excess billing

    Hi

    Airtel broadband no.080-42045110
    I took the airtel broadband connection in Jun11 (699 scheme). however, from the 2nd month onwards the bill has come to Rs.3500 though I am eligible for 4 gb free everymonth. the billing has been done even when I was not in town and the modem/computer was completely shut down. I have sent emails and there is no proper answer. they have disconnected the incoming/outgoing calls and they have been harassing for payment for Rs.12215 including late fee etc.

    please do the needful.

    Default Waiting for connection installation

    Hi,
    I am kashif, I am from bangalore and my ref number is 464422
    I have applied for broadband connection on 9 feb, that time I clearly mentioned to airtel guy that I need connection urgently, he said all process will take two days and connection will be activated on 11 feb for sure. Today I got a call from airtel and you know what they asked ? they asked is your connection is working properly ? I said its not installed yet, then he said "ok I am sending someone at 6 PM. Its now 10 PM and nobody came. No the guy who was called me 10 times before taking money is not picking my call. I need my money back

    Default Airtel Broadband Fraudulent billing

    Hi,

    Airtel Number: 02242150417
    Account number: 15200925

    The above account was deactivated by me in Dec 2009 vide request ID No.119603464 and 120835831 in Sep 2009. Still Airtel has been continuously harassing and following up with additional dues.

    I'm a Airtel platinum user and been with Airtel since last 7 years but this kind of harassment if continued, I shall deactivate my otrher current Airtel Broadband account (Ac no 7005397519) and Airtel postpaid connection (Ac no. 109-101263083).

    I have again launched a new request with Airtel today for releasing a no due certificate Request ID 82300139 and if not acted upon I shall deactivate all my airtel services.

    This clearly shows how airtel does not care a bit about customer loyalty and has no regard for valued customers.
