Hello there

Airtel enabled PC secure service on their own on my account. I called in to cancel it. They cancelled it. Then I got another email saying that the service has been enabled again. I called again to cancel it. They cancelled it again and assured that it will not be enabled again.

However, in the latest bill for the period 26th Nov to 25th Dec 2011, I have been billed for the service - that too twice! My bill number is 647464730

Please rectify the bill immediately and make sure that this service or for that matter any service can NOT be enabled unless I ask for it.
