i booked my airtel broadband connection on july 28 -07-2011 wide c.e.f no.673617 on the name of-ranjodh singh rana-house no.3573 first floor sector-37D Chd. and they assure us to provide connection with in week and after having many calls after 15 days they told us that you can take connection of other company because of our technical problem and with in 45 days we paid your payment of rs500 token of booking amount be refunded through check.it is highly regreted to mention that inspite of numbers of calls made to bookin repersentative of airtel mr.hitesh and also to his manager Mr.iqubal bassi siting at IT Park chandigarh.It is pertinent to write down that inspite of tireless efforts for the refund of token money Rs 500,nothing has been heard/amount in question not refunded,whereas period of 5 and half month has already been elapsed.
It is requested that aforesaid amount may please be refunded with in 7 days period otherwise i shall compelled to initiate further legal action...
