Do not trust air tel broadband people keeping the BRAND NAME in mind.

I contacted air tel broadband people(located at GAARE PALYA - Bangalore) and requested for a broadband connection in Bangalore BTM layout 2nd stage. The people came to my home...get the registration form filled and collected 250 Rs as installation fee and also Rs 100 as tips. after 2 days when i verified, they said Connection is not possible in the locality where I m staying and a DD of 250 Rs will be sent to my home address in 7 days. But its been 1.5 months..I ve not got any DD. When inquired, they are not able to justify whats happening and have been giving assurance that it will reach in 7 days. I hv already called them 10-15 times but its of no use.

Airtel should monitor these kind of people who are a real threat to the BIG BRAND which most of the people trust without a second thought.
