this is Irfan Basha. i had registered for airtel broadband connection at bangalore on 4th september,2011 with application number 284482. till today, i have not got any connection. i tried the customer care and nearly have spent Rs 60 if not more. always to get the reply "we are sorry for this. you will get the connection within 3 days". I am waiting for the 3 days to be over since 20 days.

I tried calling the sales representative but he doesnt pick my phone. when i called him by my friends number, i confirmed that he had saved my number and purposefully did not pick the phone.the guy name is anand from kormangala circle, bangalore.

i have now a bunch of complain numbers for the same connection , some are 4623614, 5338586,etc.

i am now very much frustrated on this issue. the backend people from airtel never call. the customer care says wait for 3 days. the sales guy just doesnt care after taking money.

not satisfied with this company at all.
