I need to cancel the Airtel broadband and telephone services. Whenever I call on the Airtel customer service number, the agent transfers my call to the cancellation department and nobody picks up on the other end. I've tried at least 10 times. No customer care executive is ready to give his employee id for tracking him back. The last call was with one Mr. Roshan Krishnappa. It is kind of ridiculous, those guys call 10 times a day for selling a connection, but you are not able to take a request for cancellation. This is something which is not expected from Airtel.
