    I am using Airtel Landline. My phone no is 0427-4262828. My account no. is 16285893 Last 20 days my phone is not working properly. . I am following local agent and customer care from last 20 days and they all are just promising like politician.

    Three Four time I had a visit and that was too because I was forcing local service person like anything, nothing was from airtel side.
    Sometime phone dead, Internet also not working properly. So many time I complained in my Salem local office , personally and by phone. But I am not getting any response. Here is one technical person . His name is Mr.lognathan. so many time I called that fellow, but he is also not giving any response. I am fed up with
    the service of Airtel and hopefully I will change soon the service and never use Airtel in my lifetime. I have lost all the trust in Airtel.

    Default Airtel Fraud Complaint

    Respected Sir,

    I applied for a connection in North delhi region (Rohini sector-16) unknown of the fact that airtel broadband services are not available in my area(This incident took place around 6 months ago from the current day).
    There was one of your executive named Santosh Kumar Mobile no:- 9910478441 who came over to my place and got the form filled with CEF NO:- 2761275 and took 500 rs as advance booking rent and told me that it would be fixed in my first bill. I agreed to the deal and he then assured me that the broadband connection will be provided to me in a week or two. I waited but there was no response. I did got a confirmation call but then none of ur engineers came. I later discovered that there was no service in this area from one of your customer support executive but then your company sent over an another executive named Tarun mishra mobile No:- 8010365551 who came over to my place and told me that service is available in this area and the same process was followed filling of form and this time the CEF NO was 2851120 he then took 500 rs as advance rent again and told me that he would for sure get me my earlier 500 rs back and then later on there was noone visiting my place. I called him up and he started talking rubbish that he has changed his area and he's not responsible now. I then called up a no. he gave me and then they alloted me 2 complaint no's and told me that i would get back my money in 25 days..since then it has been 2 months there is no refund..No calls or nethin and to my bad luck i also lost a track to those complaint nos. and now when i call to check the status of my CEF nos they dont provide me ne detail they keep telling me to call 121 , 198 and they then ask me to call 011-44444198 or 011-44444121 because they know nothing about broadband connection and when i ask for my regional (North) zone officer's no they say they don't know the no.s even...this is really bad and can be termed as customer harassment..In total i had to suffer a loss of 1000 bucks and moreover There is another house in my street that has been FRAUDED the same way i was
    and to my surprise i also discovered a fact that AIRTEL is a crap to go for...if u are getting into airtel then
    you are really getting into something very messed up...if u do really understand my frustation then i would request you to look into the matter and get me an immediate help

    Exclamation Complain against Airlet Boardband connection

    Hi Team,
    I kripashindhu Barkataki, applied for an Airtel Broadband Connection in the month of june 2011 with the TBLR number- 251922. after receiving confirmation from the marketing agent Name- Satesh from Airtel FSE namem/code- DS1203010. Paid Rs- 500.00 as deposit money. Received the promise that i will get the connection within 7 working days. according to the plan i received the wiring from Airtel but not the connection.
    1>Called customer care on 12-07-2011 and they provided a complain number - 48773506 to solve the issue within 2 working days , nothing happened.
    2>Again called customer care on 15-07-2011 and they provided a complain number - 48909986 to solve the issue within 2 working days , nothing happened.
    3>Again called customer care on 23-07-2011 and they provided a complain number - 1192488 to solve the issue within 2 working days , nothing happened.
    4>Again called customer care on 29-07-2011 and they provided a complain number - 1192488(same complain number) to solve the issue within 2 working days , nothing happened.
    5>Again called customer care on 01-08-2011 and spoke with floor manager Raghvendra and he provided a complain number - 1648142 to solve the issue within 2 working days , nothing happened.
    6>Again called customer care on 10-11-2011 and and spoke with another floor manager and he provided a complain number - 6673680 to solve the issue within 4 working days , nothing happened.

    Please provide a solution ASAP.

    Default No response on broadband connection

    I applied for a Broadband Connection with Airtel and an amount of Rs.1,000 was paid on 05.12.2011. Details are as follows:
    1. Application Number – CH1218487
    2. Name of the Applicant – K. Varalakshmi.
    3. Contact No - 9677176119
    Time and again we have been calling them, but there has been no response from the customer care executives. They kept us on hold for a long time and then disconnect the line. The details of our complaints are as follows:
    o 15.12.2011 - Complaint Number not available.
    o 16.12.2011 - Complaint No is 8853136
    o 19.12.2011 - Complaint No is 8984890
    We spoke to the Floor Manager on 19.12.2011 and a message was sent that the problem has been resolved vide Ref: 7551332.
    If appropriate action is not taken on the above issue, the next step from our side would be to file a case with the Customer Court.

    Default Airtel Broadband Poor customer service

    Consumer Court

    I am using airtel broadband connection in chandigarh which initially gave me lot of trouble. now i want to terminate the connection but the customer care is harassing me on phone saying to shift the connection or changing plans and after that putting me on hold for canceling and they don't unhold the call after that.

    I want to know if i can file a police complaint or something like this to terminate my connection so that i should have a proof that i m not using airtel services anymore and i tried to terminate it.
