I am Vikas Bhardwaj, using a broadband connection account no- 16380567.
On 18 Aug 11, I have requested for shifting this connection and costumer care executive told me that this will take 3-4 days (maximum 10 calendar days). But nothing happen till now.

I have contacted nodal officer; they told me to wait next 24-72 hours but nothing happen.
Then I called appellate department. On 12- sep-11, I talked to Vinod in appellate department regarding this. He asked me to wait for 2-3 days; he will personally take care of this and update me ASAP. Till now I did not get any update.

I have all the complain numbers and executive names. I am really fed-up with Airtel support. Can you plz help me what to do.
