Hi,
There is no installation done till date regarding IP TV Connection, I spoke with customer care on 3rd September 2011 compliant number – 3602870; regarding this and tell them that I have received billing as per IPTV ... but still nothing has been installed.... after than I talk again at 121 on 6th September compliant reference number – 3868434; they committee me to installed on September 12, 2011 Till 12 noon…. And there is no process yet.
I have received bill dated 29/August/2011, Bill no. – 554432300 according to IPTV connection, let me know discount on this bill because there is no installation of IPTV till date 12th September 2011, so why should I pay according to IPTV.

I m existing customer of Airtel Broadband since 2007. My Landline no. 011 - 455-160-55, I gave request (dated 26/07/2011) to airtel executive offer for IPTV Connection + Wirless router (CEF No. 2722840) on same connection and i paid full amount in cash of RS 1750/- to airtel executive Chandan Singh
(SDSA-88089) on same dated for the connection.
Their is no process till 02/08/2011 than i talk with Mr. Mohit Sharma same date on 9871579491 / 011-47481277 (Airtel officer working area Paschim Vihar). He Said their is no work order to install IPTV till 09/08/2011, after that i call back him at 09/08/2011 and again he said your quires pending in CRM it will
process till today (10/08/2011).
Now I Call back Mr. Mohit Sharma at 9871579491 - he is not picking my phone after that i call 011-47481277 their is lady pick a phone she is tell will get your work order confirmation and your connection will install on Tuesday (16/08/2011).
My Queries : Why airtel making fool to a customer?? How many next week a customer waiting for installation that is maximum half-n-hour work?? Is their airtel is not responsible as earlier ?? Airtel know doesn't want old customers?? If the work order is processed than how much time do u want.
