I had been using my Airtel Broadband from Oct 12th , 2011 and never received my bill till date. I have escalated this many times to Airtel Customer Care and Nodal team but did not receive any response. I use this internet for official purpose and reimburse from my company and can only reimburse on monthly basis and can't reimburse for 2 to 3 months at a times. I had raised many Service Request and Complaints online and also sent many mails to Nodal team but all the SR or complaints were closed without any resolution. These are few of the SR 6987978, 7658714, 5696382 , 5696382 and 8229594.

I also spoke to Mr Vishnu from Nodal team ( his no : +91-9686195283) and later his Manager Sibba. M/s Sibba confirmed me that she would validate the POD of bills delivered and revert to me within 24 hours and its more than 72 hours but response from her.

Now I can't claim my Broadband bills for Oct and Nov from my company as the bill is not delivered on time and hence can't make the payment for Oct and Nov.

Even as per TRAI regulation , all service provider are suppose to send hard copy of detailed bills on monthly basis and request Airtel to abide to this regulation.
