Dear Sir/madam,

I have applied for Airtel Broadband new connection on 15/07/2011 and my certificate number is TBLR 262420. The agent name is Mr Norman and his contact number is 9731254545. He took Rs 500/- cash from me regarging registration and told me after 3-4 days technical people will contact you.

I have waited 1 week but no one contact me, so I have contaced to CC people and they told me due to no port availability in your area it was onhold. I have raised my request too CC people several times through request number 1381420,. After 3-4 weeks I got frustered from Airtel and asked CC people to closed my connection and I was not interested in their broadband connection and refund my money (Rs 500/-).

One of the CC executive name Anil on 02/08/2011 took my request for closing of this connection throught request number 1709742 and told me that the refund amount will be send you back in your address.

After that also I didn't receive my money, so decided to go Airtel broadband office 100feet road, Indiaranagar,Bangalore. I expained all my story their to the executive named Mani and he assured me that Airtel Broadband Office, bangalore will contact you and refund your money with in 10 days.

Today is 19th Dec 2011. Still I have not received my money.

Please someone from Airtel Broadband higher authority reply me back and do the necessary.
