Following email marked to Airtel on different dates and reply received on different dates but no action taken till date(29/08/2010).Inumerous calls received from Airtel executive but they all rejects my concern of the services.I have been using this broadband service from the last 2 to 2.5 years but this is the first time when i am complaining and am getting pathetic experience.Please look into it and resolve the complain at the earliest.

Hi,
There was a frequent problem with my airtel broadband's WIFI (the telephone number is 01147502945 ).With reference to this i have lodged a complain on 26/06/2010 and the complain was addressed by the engineer named Shanker on 27/06/2010.That problem got resolved.But when i asked about the speed of the internet with the engineer as i was suspecting the required internet speed was not activated on my connection from 15/05/2010 for which i was already billed, the engineer checked the speed and was still the old speed i.e 512 kbps and not the new one.Then the engineer activated the required speed from 27/06/2010.So i request you to refund the extra charges levied for the duration 15/05/2010 to 26/06/2010.Also refund the amount of Rs.85 against Airtel PC secure in the next bill as i was never told about this and i also do not want this as i already have Mc Cafe installed on my PC.The scanned copy of airtel broadband fault service report is attached for your reference.
