Hi,
I am user of airtel broadband since July 2010. Recently, shifted my house to new location in bangalore and asked airtel people to shift the connection to new location. I have raised a service request on Oct 4, 2011 and they promised me the service will be completed by Oct 6, 2011, 12:07 p.m. But untill today (Oct 11, 7 pm) it is not done. I called them up everyday and updated my remaks saying "I'm not going to make payment of Oct month". But still no response. In the very next door people are using airtel connection. So there is nothing new they have to do.
Today, I tried complaing to the higher management of airtel.But, my call was placed on hild for 10 minustes after which gets disconnected. This happened thrice. I'm fed up with this kind if service by airtel.
1. Please let me know all the legal procedures I can take aginst them. I have service ID. and call log of all the calls I made.
2. I'm not able to use their service since last 10 days and I made it clear to them "I will not pay this month bill". Do I, need to pay them, suppose if they get the connection done tomorrow?
3. In the absence of this connection, I had to use some other prepaid connection, which costed me Rs.1500. How can I get this reimbusred?
