I am an airtel broadband user my landline number is 011-46542976.I have asked
to transfer my connection to my new location in gurgaon(airtel network is
already there )
I have also got a call that transfer will be completed in 30 working days and
that the place is OK from technical point of view.
Now, because I have refused to take one new connection which was sold to me by
an executive (refused it because the executive has provided me wrong
information)
The airtel guys are not ready to even transfer my already existing connection.
I have already submitted all the document and now they are saying that
technically the place is not fit for it. Whereas only couple of days back they
have given a new connection in my society.
Now,Airtel guys are also asking me that they can give a new connection which is costlier than my earlier connection....
REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME OR LET ME KNOW HOW I CAN TAKE THIS FORWARD TO
NEXT LEVEL.
I have been using airtel for 3years now but sorry to say nobody is helping me
to short out the issue.
Please suggest...
