    Angry Airtel brodband service complaint

    I purchage a product of airtel brodband service that is 6 months advance rental plan @ 3025/-.wide reciept No. 3838 subscribal no. 2330645 by Employee code MP/Gwl/s&m march 10 JMTO2 on dated 9/5/10. But Neither he provide connection to till date nor refund money. On 21.6.2010 Monday I am going to consumer form with this matter

    Default Complaint about broad band connection

    I have purchased a product of air tel broadband service of 6 months advance rental plan @ 2750/-.wide reciept No. mp 2363644 on dated 24/03/10. But Neither he provided connection to me till date nor refunded the money. Many times I have called him asked for the same and I personally went to the office of Tower
    chouraha, Indore. But he did not turned to me. So that i decided to report in the consumer forum.do something if u can as early as possible.

    2 To confirm that the waiver scheme has been activated my parents did a hallowing task of calling up Airtel Call Centre multiple times vide Request Nos. 110536312 dtd. 2.12.09 (Pallavi), 27219356 dtd 5.12.09 (Nisha), 111122129 dtd 6.12.09 (Yogesh), 111234613 dtd 7.12.09 (Nishant), 111371210 dtd 8.12.09, 111725375 dtd 11.12.09 (Tushar). As usual there was never a positive/confirmed/concrete reply given hence mutiple calls were made.
    3 14725744 678272252 24.12.09 32 23.11.09 to 22.12.09 32 No charges for three months from Dec to Feb committed by Airtel Sales Exec to my parents (Proof Available), I don’t know why Rs 32/- was charged. Please note that the executive was same as above who collected the payment.
    4 14725744 679292547 24.01.10 324 23.12.09 to 22.01.10 292 I wonder in Dec'10 Rs 750/- was waived & in Jan Rs 460/- as if it is the prerogative of the Biller as to manipulate bills based on the targets he may have & not on the facts.
    5 14725744 680294936 24.02.10 1167 23.01.10 to 22.02.10 843.28 Continuing to above manipulation, no waiver was given for third month.
    6 14725744 681341385 24.03.10 2035 23.02.10 to 22.03.10 Paid Rs 870/- on 06.04.10 thru Receipt No. A8850135M 75 Payable amount was Rs 793.28 for March'10 usage wherein Rs 75/- was unnecessary levied as late fee which my parents paid since they overlooked this amount.
    7 Disconnection request placed on 22.04.10 at 12.07 PM vide request no. 335233 by my Parents.
    8 On asking Shilpa (Your Inhuman CRO who is face of Airtel) about the previous adjustment & about the instruments she told my parents that executive will come & collect the instruments & pay the March Bill amount & balance will be adjusted.
    9 After this there was no communication from Airtel neither written nor verbal.
    10 In July'10 when I was checking the mails I saw a Bill of Rs 2615/- when I asked my Parents about this & the whole story was unearthed.
    11 Thereafter I called up Airtel Call Centre multiple times to realize that Airtel has trained its CC executives to fool Customers & not give solution to any of their problems. They continue to live in dreams, do not have any maturity, do not know the escalation matrix. TOTALLY IRRESPONSIVE.
    12 As a responsible citizen, during my visit to Delhi I went to your Noida office along with my mother only to encounter the Inhuman Shilpa again. I am not too sure who has hired & placed her at that most important place. She spoke to me in a highly tonting & high decibel voice to such an extent that I was left with no choice but to place a written request to avoid loosing temper. The complaint no. of which is 35760786 dtd 30.07.10. Also I would like to mention that we had to sit for 2 hours waiting for her to come as if we were waiting for a VIP & should have taken a prior appointment, the accountant sitting there had no clue as to when she will come. She came at 12:00 Noon, I guess this is not the starting time of Airtel Office Hours.
    13 As expected I haven't received any reponse from Airtel since then & hence I thought I will again give it another chance wherein I have compiled all the details today ie on 17.08.10
    14 If I still do not receive a written reply with explanation & apology of the trauma my Parents & I have faced then I will be left with no option but to approach Consumer Court.
    15 I am still going to follow your escalation Matrix so I am writing the mail today to care.ncr@airtel.in where I will escalate to nodal.ncr@airtel.in & appellate.ncr@airtel.in with a gap of 10 days in between.

    Thumbs down Internet broadband is not working

    My Internet broadband is not working from 9th May 2011.
    I registered a complaint . ticket generated no : 46177636 on 10th May 2011 early morning.

    After that I talked to airtel agents several times.
    everytime new person was attending the call & sayiing that it will be resolved asap.

    so many false commitment. like:

    sir, i assure you within 4 hours.
    sir,one represenatative will visit your house from 12:00 -14:00
    but all in vain.

    Today is 12th May 2011.

    Finally I decided to disconnect this service, even it will be resolved.
    Hope anybody from airtel can take complete responsibility to resolve this asap & give me compensation.

    Thumbs down Airtel Broadband a Lazy Service Delivery Team

    Dear Airtel Team,
    This is to bring it to your notice that i am a new subscriber of Airtel Broadband. I have just took the connection a week back, Initially i was getting the connection dropping now and then so i thought this might be a temporary issue but suddenly from 10-05-2011 night there was no connection at all. I had made a complaint regarding my broadband not working issue to your Airtel Care on 11-05-2011 at 8.30PM and the service request number is " 46260682 " and you CSE said that my issue would be resolve on 12-05-2011 by 1.30 PM but so far nothing has happened and i am being following this complaint on regular basis with your airtel care. I have spoken to most of your Airtel escalation managers and they always gave me a false commitment and they said by the next day my issue would be resolved, they even gave me a engineer number named Bineet-8050097183 when i called this guy he said that he is no more working with Airtel.
    As far as my profession is mostly online based. I am totally pissed off with your Airtel's Very Poor & Lazy Technical Service Team for Broadband Complaints. I have been a regular user of various ISP's and have never faced this type of burden from any ISP providers and am still wondering a Leading and reputed ISP company like Airtel is such a fake Service provider for their customers. Still not even a curtsey call from your airtel people regarding the delay. The real comedy is there is no update received to your CSE team for root cause for my issue. Nobody has visited and nobody has called up no SLA’s have been met and no regular follow ups to track my issue from your airtel side. I am a Microsoft Certified IT Professional Cisco Certified network Associate can I help you people to resolve this issue if you can tell me the root cause
    We to take chances in resolving our customer issues but keep our customers informed not a horrible service like airtel broadband service I think I have no words to describe about your airtel service in my very 1st complaint itself. If you people are not able to resolve my issue by 15-05-2011. Please disconnect the service and refund the money. If it’s not going to happen I have to post this issue on your online SCO, SCM & Social Networking branding portals and blogs to make a notice to the airtel’s future customers every day until justice is done to me.

    Thumbs down 3 weeks to replace a set top box for a million dollar company

    I am forced to send this complaint to you as the circumstances are pushing me to do so , to be honest to you I am very upset and frustrated about a few things which has happened to me recently. I have an Airtel IP TV installed at my home. I have been calling Airtel since 3 months now and reported that my IP TV is not working fine as the picture quality is not good and visibility is blur.
    On 25 of last month I again called in Airtel and reported that the set top box is dead as its not turning on or off, the executive said that he has logged a complaint and somebody will visit at my place to fix it and the SLA is 12 business hours.
    Today is 9 August and Still the problem is not resolved and I have been calling Airtel 2 times in a day and talk to the agents and supervisors without any resolution.
    Just wanted to know the RCA and also how difficult is to replace a box. Does it take that long to replace it ? I would like to discontinue the services and would recommend to all my colleagues to do the same .

    Angry Airtel IPTV Complaint

    Hi,

    This is Venkatesh from Bangalore. Am Airtel Broadband (No. : 08042096604) Customer for more than 2 years.
    Two Months back I've registered (Applicatio no. : 263270) for IPTV and paid 1750 to Aitel Agent 'Muni'.
    He Promised that July 18th the IPTV devices will be delivered. It was delivered even August 1 week and when check with Muni, he replied have to check and Blah, Blah [Unfortunately He doesn't know English and we donno Kannada ].
    So I raised complaint on the same (Complaint no : 1550652) and following up for 3 weeks and no response from Customer Care. Every time Customer Care representatives taking hell out of time and we are paying for that (We spent around 150 Rs. for this complaint alone till now).
    This is realy frustrating and need to know whats the status of the complaint.

    Default Airtel Customer Care - Not responding Properly to Complaints

    Dear All,

    I was approached by a representative from Airtel for provision of broadband in my house. He convinced me that the speed will be good and that my area is covered for provision of broadband.

    I asked for his Id to verify his credentials and he showed me his Airtel ID, also the new airtel connection applications he had and billl book etc. After this verification, I got convinced and paid Rs. 999 to him for provision of the connection and have taken a copy of the application & bill. The connection was supposed to be installed in two days, but nothing happened since many days. Also, I am unable to reach the numbers given by the person as the phone was switched off.

    I complained to airtel over phone (044-44444121) and then sent a copy of the docs by scanning the application copy and bill provided by their representative (Complaint number 2719460) to 121@airtel.in and also got an acknowledgement from airtel customer care person. Since then, I am following up every day and they have been promising a resolution within 24hrs everyday for more than a week.

    I asked for an escalation number, they gave a nodal officer no, which is not going thru without a account number or phoneline number which I dont have since I have just applied. I dont understand how a professional company like airtel can be so naive to customers. I need speedy resolution of my issue and the connection given at the earliest.

    Default Useless service- no feedback- delay in services

    I had applied for shifting my connections on 7th from sector 37, Noida to Sector – 51 , Noida .
    We were assured shifting of connections by 9th, however till date no action has been taken.

    Pls note we are suffering a lot as there is no telephone/ broadband/ IPTV connectivity till now as they have not shifted my connection till now.

    Someone called yesterday and again today but no one turned up at the given time.

    Nobody has any answers for the delay in shifting the connection. They just give a fresh complaint number everytime. Very useless service. No one has the courtesy to tell why the delay and how much time will it take. Pls guide who shud i contact. Any mail id of anyone senior enuf?

    Dear Sir,

    This is Tarun Verma. I had airtel Broadband and IP tv connection in Bangalore.

    Account Number: 16424604.

    I have shifted to Delhi and had requested (Request No # 3322030 ) to transfer the above connection on 1st Sep 2011. I had paid the outstanding bill amount as of 1st Sep 2011.

    I had tired of calling customer care of Airtel regarding the above request but I am not getting any response from their backend team.

    They have checked the feasibility of airtel network at my new address in Delhi, but after that it now more than one month I am not getting any response back. I call almost daily at airtel customer care and they update it for backend team but back end team never response back.

    Everytime they update complain but never response back.

    Please look into this and do the needful as soon as possible.

    Default poor downloading speed

    i am getting downloading speed of max 30 kbps..but my plan is of max 2 mbps and min. 256 kbps.

    i got good downloading speed of 1 mbps just for two days only starting from first day of the connection and its next day.. and after that my problem begun...

    and no one is here to bother about this..
