I am Gowrishankar residing in chennai. I have booked for airtel broadband connection on 30th of June and i have been advised to deposit the money of 1000 rs to the customer service executive who has come to my house at the time of filling my application form. He has comitted me that i will get connection by 5th of July, but i didn't get still. One of the worst service provider have ever seen, least bothered about the customers. Even customer service executives are not polite enough to listen the problem that customer is facing.
I called customer care several times to cancel my connection as i didn't get broadband still. I have struggled so many times to get this done. Finally, my connection got cancelled on Sep 17th 2011. Also, i have been asking for refund of my 1000rs and not getting proper response. Each time i call, they are taking a request and giving me a request no saying that back end team will call me in 24 hours, but i am not at all getting any call from airtel. How customer care is lying to the customers. Pathetic behavior.
Now, i need to call everytime and ask about my refund status. I am getting the same response from airtel. I don't know whether will i get my 1000 rs that i have deposited. I want to escalate to everyone and beware of this. I want to take a legal action against this issue.
