Dear sir,

Myself Avinash an employee in a private company, I have bought the airtel dongle(3g) along with the sim card in the month of Nov 2011 (No : 8754557538 ) by submitting all the necessary documents( address proof, photo identity proof e.t.c) and since then i have been using that for 3 months (till Jan'2012) . But in the last week of Jan '12 they have suddenly disconnected my number, when inquired the customer care people said that I have to go to airtel service care center and solve it there and then from there they have asked me to go to the airtel head office in santhome chennai. At last when i went there they have asked me to resubmit my documents again by paying a sum of 25 Rs, when asked about the reason why is the re submission they replied to me saying "sir you have to submit the proofs twice" once while buying the sim card and then after 3 months of usage.

This has been a headache for me since the past 2 weeks . I don know whom to talk to regarding this issue.No airtel person has responded my query and when asked why did the airtel guys did not inform me regarding the submission .They have no answer . When also asked is there any gaurantee for them not asking me to submit the docs again they still dont have any answer.


Pls solve this issue sir.
