Hello sir/madam ,

i had a airtel broadband connection no-08042177525 ,by my name amit m .

on nov 14, 2011 i requested airtel to stop/deactivate my servie , they promised me the same will be done in 7 days . But they did not stop my service till 18 dec ,2011.I requested them number of times before 14 nov and after but no use , whenever i called airtel after 14 nov 2011 ,they promissed not to charge after 21 nov .i have paid all my dues upto 21 nov 2011.now airtel is asking me to pay the amount after 21 nov for which i can not be hold responsible.
