Hi,
I wanted to file a complain against the department that's in-charge of handling your disconnect requests. I got the internet service connected in my house on 31/12/2009. Phone number that was associated with my account is 01724010192.
I had called your customer service line around April 15, 2010 and talked to your rep to setup the disconnect of all my services. The rep was very polite and assured me that all billing will stop the same day and a technician was going to come to my house to pickup the equipment that way I will not be billed any more. One of your tech's showed up at my house and picked up your stuff a few days after the call was placed.
I thought that it was all taken care of and I will not have to worry about anything, but to my surprise guess what happened? The smart customer service rep that I had talked to NEVER setup a disconnect and NEVER stopped the billing on my account. So this is the issue that I have, since April 15, 2010 the billing still has not stopped and whats completely insane is that your company has the audacity to continue billing me.
If this type of customer service that your company is offering, I think you guys need to re-think the way you conduct business. Please be aware if my issue is not resolved within the next two weeks, I will not hesitate and I will use all the socializing networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, Orkut etc... and inform everyone about the POOR customer service that YOUR COMPANY offers. Oh, in-case I forget to mention, I do have the contact information of lead editors of Chandigarh Tribune, The Hindu, Indian Express, Aaj Tak and a few more and believe me they will be more then happy to start a investigation to expose your company.
I hope you can take care of my billing issue cause in addition various socializing sites and media companies, I will also contact your Chairman Sunil Mittal and your CEO Sanjay Kapoor.
I want a reply from your guys in 24 Hrs, if not I will start drafting the necessary paperwork and will initiate contact with the parties listed above.
