hello,
I had taken a new connection from airtel on 26 nov 2011.
They bared my services on 1 dec 2011 without informing me as "cheque" provided by me not cleared due to some incorrect entries.
after that on 5th dec 2011 i had checked my connection and found nothing was working and logged a complaint to them and they had a commitment of solving the issues within 4 hours. but as of today my IP TV is still not working. On 7th evening they informed me the reason that they had bared my services due to "non payment" so i had done the payment on the same day evening and i had a proof of the same. but till this time my services is not restored and i had called Airtel customer care more then 30-40 times and still there is no response from airtel and also i had sent a mail @ 121@airtel.in and from there also there is no response so looking forward for a legal help from you on this forum.
