I am very much disappointed from Airtel customer care department, even after
sending continuous reminders from last 7 days, my internet is still
non-functional. No executive has visited till date to resolve the issue and my
work is getting impacted due to non-reliable service. The technical person in local area says he hasn't recieved any instructions from department till date to fix the issue.


Their reply:

According to previous interaction dated 27.07.2010, you have expressed concern

connection is already registered with reference number 35797128 and same is
under process.
