I am having one Airtel Land line Broadband connection no. : 01204299794, I have requested on dated 24 July 2011, Request no.1206644 through call center. they have not taken any actions. After that I have followed up through call center Request number 11608879 dated 07 Aug 2011. Even though they have not taken any action to disconnect.

After that I have written mail to Airtel on dated 17 Aug 2011. Airtel has responded on 17 Aug 2011 that they registered reference no. 1206644, action will be taken but no action taken.

Again airtel has respond on 18 Aug 2011 that they registered my request 2460438, same will be resolved within 7 days. Connection not disconnected.

On 19 Aug 2011, airtel has responded that final will be generated on 11 Sept 2011 and phone will be disconnected. Connection still not disconnected and they have raised bill on 11 sept 2011. I have not paid this bill as they have not disconnected phone till date.
They have again raised bill on 11 Oct 2011. They are saying that they will take actions on their priority.

Always they talk why are disconnecting this phone despite of all this. Today I have received a call on dated 14 Oct 2011, now they registering new request to disconnect, by this way they will raise bills for coming months.

By this way airtel simply cheating by billing, not disconnecting services even though many reminders and follow ups. I want that airtel should disconnect and then I will pay bill dated 11 sept 2011 only. no further payments
