Sir,
I've got connected a net connection with a plan of Rs.699/- pm. with unlimited downloading at a speed of 100 mbps. by this assurance, I started net operating and downloading. On 1.10.2011 I received a msz frm AM-airtel that I've reached 80% of my data limit. On 3.10.2011 I've received another that I've reached 100% of my data limits hence, speed is now revised......
I'm unable to understand that in a plan of "unlimited downloading", how there can be be a limit........
With a great regret I've to submit that just after 3.10.2011, I'm receiving the speed of less than even 10 mbps but amazingly the icon is still showing the speed 100mpbs.
Being unable to request such a great company, closing this msz without any request/prayer/complaint............
