I registered a request regarding disconnection of my broadband on 4 July, the customer care guy told me that within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation call and within 7 days your connection will be disconnected.
Now today is 19 July 2010 and number is still not disconnected,and I will be leaving the city within 1 week.
So please do not blame me for you did not contact me as soon as possible and take away your stuff from this place.
I have been contacting your call centre for last 5 days on daily basis and no satisfactory response from there side has been received yet.
Look at this I will have to pay for 10-15 days extra!!!!!
