We had applied for a broad band connection In Hyderabad and signed agreement with beam telecom in first week of Jan ``12, in condition that they need to provide the services before expiry of our existing Airtel by 20th.
when complained in Call center my ticket had bean cloed 3 times saying that they had resolved the complaint. i had given a new complaint no each time i call the customer care.:mad:
they had failed to give the connection and after more than 100 calls their team in charge had come in contact and started the work but after laying of the cable in our premises, in 28th of jan`12, thy told that they had no Wi Fi Modems with them for which they had collected additional money and telling me everyday that that they will complete the job next day.
apart from financial losses of paying both the services provides iam undergoing the mental pressure of pursuing with beam executives who will never answer the calls.
I don't know who is the wright person in beam telecom who will take care of such employees, who makes consumers life miserable,
people talk of customer delight and treat customer like king, i request all of them we dont expect them to be treat us as they put boards in their front office.
Just teat us like Human beings and just give services for which you are charging us.
