    Unhappy Beam Telecom

    We had applied for a broad band connection In Hyderabad and signed agreement with beam telecom in first week of Jan ``12, in condition that they need to provide the services before expiry of our existing Airtel by 20th.
    when complained in Call center my ticket had bean cloed 3 times saying that they had resolved the complaint. i had given a new complaint no each time i call the customer care.:mad:
    they had failed to give the connection and after more than 100 calls their team in charge had come in contact and started the work but after laying of the cable in our premises, in 28th of jan`12, thy told that they had no Wi Fi Modems with them for which they had collected additional money and telling me everyday that that they will complete the job next day.
    apart from financial losses of paying both the services provides iam undergoing the mental pressure of pursuing with beam executives who will never answer the calls.

    I don't know who is the wright person in beam telecom who will take care of such employees, who makes consumers life miserable,
    people talk of customer delight and treat customer like king, i request all of them we dont expect them to be treat us as they put boards in their front office.
    Just teat us like Human beings and just give services for which you are charging us.

    Hi Sreenivas I am also having a same kind of problem with these BEAM Telecom personals my name is Varun Singh Pal from Miyapur Hyderabad.

    I have taken 6 months subscription on 27th January 2012 and the representative said that it will be activated with in 7-10 working days.

    So we inquired about it and for last 4 days everyday the representative said that it will be done today and so on and on.

    For instance yesterday he said 3 o'clock its already 6:00 pm and he is not picking up his phone, this is really frustrating. When the same guy have to take money for the subscription he was on time @ 5 pm. Please let me know as soon as possible, this is really not the service I am looking for.

    Now we visited the office of Beam Telecom in chandanagar and they said definitely we will do it by 6 o'clock and if we will be late at least we will call and inform you. But the same case nobody took the responsibility and nobody came or called .

    I am already a victim of their services and totally frustrated as I have wasted my time & money taking by considering to take services from them.

    I hope that this post will help at least some of you to avoid this kind of inconvenience

    Thanking you all except the BEAM team, as they have the worst customer care I have ever talked to and don't know what are they talking about. They have only one answer to your query and that is we have updated your complaint just give us 48 hours thanx for your patience. These 48 hours will never end.

    I would never say this to any service but I am really fed up with BEAM telecom.

    Hi, They got one Nodel Cell (nodalofficer@beamtele.com) which is supose to take care of such issues, but its difficult to expect any responce even from them expect automated system replies.
    however i got connection installed after 15 days.
    The disaster is they had hanged the cables all arround the building inside and outside and when i asked them to route them properly i got reply "this how we do if you want you may call callcentre and give complain"
    what a bull shit company and surprisingly no one is boughterd in their management.
    Iam now really scared about the bill iam going to get from month end. i hope only god can save us and punish beam tele.

    Hi,

    I have the same kind of issue. I have applied for shifting of connection one month back and it is not resolved yet. I asked for closing the connections and refund the money back as I already paid for 6 months. They are not ready to pay the amount back saying it is already completed 3 months.
    I don't know what to do now. I am looking to God to punish BEAM. Other than that I don't know how they will be punished.
    If have super natural powers than I will kill all of BEAM employees starting from top management by recruiting such kind of use less people.

    Hi,
    Even by any chance if you get it installed as i did we have to face problems regularly
    For instance the wi fi modem they had installed for us had to be reset power every time i stat using the net
    Once in a week i need to login into my account on their website to reset the connection to modem
    Once in fifteen days need to. Call beam cc to get the connectons recheck which will take 2 days and these twodays you are out of net
    I dont understnd why no one in beam is actually seeing all the complaints posted like this and keep the relation better as others do
    I do even use a small service provider at my mom residence where i pay 1000 for 10 mbs unlimited (full speed till 30gb and later 2 mb) whks service is exelent
    First case you dont face any problem in case you face the tech will reslove in 30 min and the person will cmhome on call to. Collect the payment in case you dont need a month you dont pay and start paying when ever you like or need net its 30 days rent and stsrts from the day you pay.
    Prior to beam i was using airtel expensive but exellant tgeir resolution time for compalint will be 6 hrs and can do much before
    I think we better go for local connection or international but not like beam who belong inbetween ( chakka company)
