I gave advance, Rs.999/-, for an Airtel broadband connection on 20th Aug 2011.

I have not got the connection. When I called the sales team person,
Anand, who took the money and promised the connection in 4days, he behaved reprehensively. After some days he stoped picking call from my mobile.

Because of this I decided to cancel the connection on 6th Sep 2011.
And I was promised that I will get the money back by 19th Sep 2011.

As I did not get the money on 19th Sep 2011, I raised a request again on 28th Sep 2011. And I got a confirmation mail from Bharati Airtel saying I will get the money on 6th Oct 2011 5:30pm.

Till now I did not see the money. I want to take help of consumer court now. I have wasted lot of money on mobile phone just by calling them so many times.
