Dear sir,

I have applied for an airtel broadband connection on 2nd dec. 2011 and paid the fees of Rs.250 and submited the xerox of my license , company id card and agreement of home . At that time , the agent Mr. Rahul told me that he will give the connection the very next day. The plan he described to me was of Rs. 550 per month rental , 1Mbps speed , unlimited. But they haven't given me connection. Everytime I call them , he was lying that he is coming to my home for giving me connection. As per his words , I have taken off from office for 4 days atleast. After that , he used to scold me and my parents in bad language so many times. So I complained to his higher authorities. They also managed to lie and convinced me. After some days , they came to me and taken my photo , license , company id , and agreement again. Again they began to fool me and I have called them lots of times. They continued to misbehave with me. At the end of third week, one person came to install the connection , but he told me that it will be of Rs.699 rental plan with 512 Mbps speed. So I rejected him demanded that I want the plan I was told to get. So he went back saying he will change the plan and get back. Then nobody contacted me further in that case. But I have called them thousands of times and went to airtel office freequently. But everytime they cheated me and lied to me. I lost lots of money as I have taken leave from office for lots of times by their lies , and also by calling them. But the most painful thing is I have paid for their service , but I havent got it upto now. Instead I lose lots of money , time and heard their scolds and lies. I want a deserving compensation of minimum 10000 for whatever I lost because of this. Please help me for getting a compensation which should be a lesson that they further shouldnt cheat anybody like this.

I signed up for an airtel broadband plan and landline on 31st January and also paid Rs.500 to Mr.Arbind Pathak, Territory Sales Executive of Axis India Calling Infotech (P) Ltd. (An authorised Channel partner of Bharti Airtel Limited) on his saying that the connection would be given within 5days but he has not fulfilled his commitment. I made multiple calls and complaint to the customer care but no actions have been taken by them yet.
I am really helpless and now i feel that i made a great mistake by choosin airtel. If the connection has is not given to me within 24hours then i would be bound to bring it infront of the press media.
