Dear Sir / madam,
I had Air tel broadband connection and I was using it from past 10 months. Around 4 months back (in the month of September 2011) I had raised request in Air tel customer care for shifting my connection to another location within the city, as I shifted my house. The Air tel representatives put me on hold for 2 months and keep on saying that, they will check the network availability in new location and provide me the connection. After two months I had been informed that my new locality is out of Air tel network coverage area. As a result I went on raising the request for cancellation. Now the Air tel representatives are not at all ready to cancel the connection and I have been charged for 4 months even though I have not at all used it. This is happening from past 1 month and each day I am getting call from new Air tel representatives asking for bill payment. I am really pissed off with this kind of behavior from Air tel.
Please suggest, whether I should go for any legal action against Air tel or not?
