I got Tata Photon services I bring on the notice that too many disconnection occurred enclosed complete history on this following ( docket number 288072113 )~~M5870155 ( Tata Indicom phones on 9210000121) and finally they committed there is a fault on his network which is not to server services which mean problem till December 25th 2011 however I have copy from the customer care department .. My demand is if the service is worst on the during period bill has to adjust and given the Adjustment to user's ..but First they told me a bill amount and subsequently sent a bill with charges which were not told earlier. I specifically insisted on inquiring . Since they are TATAs they should not try to squeeze my hard earned money . I want TATA PHOTON to compensate me . Can you please ensure that they do it.
