I paid a amount of 2255/- and purchased a new Reliance net connection from Virit Communications and the ZTE data modem that is delivered is not working from the day I have purchased the same.
After having a lot of discussion with the customer care executives then do I have not got the replacement on the device.
The technical team at reliance is I think one of the foolish team who don’t understand the meaning of the device not getting detected on any of the machines (includes Reliance Managers laptop) or the meaning of the message 'there is a hardware failure in the device' and they are dropping mails to me to check settings and all other useless things.
All the addresses provided by customer care executive of Reliance who service ZTE modem in Bangalore (Sagar Etechnologies Pvt Ltd, Sai Srinivasa Technologies, Svs Electronics, Innovative Technologies) are not ready to service and check the modem and give a DOA certificate. All of them gave the reply “we no more service ZTE modems”. Shocking thing after that is Reliance is unable to find one who can test the modem and provide a DOA certificate in Bangalore.
The data modem is been checked by Reliance franchise in Padmanabh Nagar and Reliance Web World Manager Mr. Murlidharan (Katriguppe Bangalore) and have certified that the data modem is faulty. Mr Murlidharan already had the word with Mr. Muniraj of Virit Communications on the replacement of the same.
It’s for last 4 days that Mr. Muniraj is committing for the replacement of the modem and is not keeping his word. The excuses given by him are like “no mail received from Reliance side on replacement of the same” and so on one can name a few.
As a customer I am facing allot of issue on the same and I am not at all happy with after sales service from Reliance and Virit.
I need a replacement of the device immediately or return me back my hard earned money.
