I have taken Broad Band connection for unlimited plan under Rs.625/- P.M. My Phone Number is 04027150315. Earlier I had broad Band connection when I purchased Modem. Now my connection was without a modem. But Bill was Generated with modem cost or Rs.500/- and one time connection charge of Rs.1325/-.

I request you to rectify the Bill immedietly enablling me to repay.
