Our Broad band instrument DSL and Internet lamps frequent goes off and then getting on few minutes later , So that we not getting link connection ERROR .

broad band complaint

I am airtel customer past 4 years. last saturday i connect internet but it is not work properly i complaint
so much time but no response. I complaint three time he said we will come just one hour but they did not
come. Please tell to the consumer center to check soon. My mobile no is 99521 57955.

This is the ping i get for RS 900 unlimited plan
and speed i am getting after 11 am
i am paying Rs900 for such a bad connection and ping
Most of the bsnl users have the ping problem so please take some necessary actions.
