    Dear sir,

    boss still now my problem no resolved Mr purshotam has called he saying personally i will follow and clear the issue today morning you people are asking doucument i already given to your person last mondy
    till now is not activated
    I have given complient regrds this on 22/1/12 you have taken time 1 st feb 2012and after
    again i ahd called you have taken time 6th/2/2012 ,what you have done nothing except giving complient no ,

    This kind pathtic service i was expected from you. and for this what ever the problems you people are created
    and i was not given any request regarding on this i will go consumer forrum reagrding on this,

    from day 1 the i am having problems ,i have not requested any cancellation

    and no one has not updating through phone or mail for any clarification,
    now i was spoken to Mr sayeed mubarqh he is telling for re active
    for the above no it will take 8 days,

    In future what type service can i expect from you people
    the person having patience there is limit you people are there
    to solve the problem are create, because you are least bother about the
    customer problems ,
    why because sales people are out sourced and they are no way related to you
    and service people are blaming sales and sales people are telling fake stories
    this is showing how your sales people ,

    I have send the so many mails may be you people seeing or not
    anyhow if its not solved as per you TAT,

    Then we should think about necessari legal actions,
    you frastred the customer by giving wrong information i have
    proof that your sales man has written and signed
