this is to bring to your notice that we had applied for Broad Band Connection through BSNL , after waiting for more than 2 months when the so called bsnl official arrives at the site they have only problems to share than the solutions, there is no proper identity of the staff visiting the premise and they are rude enough to get irritated, my request is to the senior officials is to take appropriate action against the high handness of the staff.
