I am Praveen, a Mass Communication student and I live in the TVS Nagar area (Kavundampalayam) of Coimbatore district, Tamil Nadu. I had applied for the BSNL broadband connection on the month of August (2010) and they (people at BSNL) promised that the connection will be given within a week. Several weeks have passed and its 2011 now but still I haven't got my connection yet. They had recieved Rs. 500 as an advance payment for the connection.

The long delay in acquiring the connection causes a lot of trouble as I badly require internet for my academic purpose.
