I Dr.G.Zion Eluzai ,Professor in a Medical College In Mahboobnagar dist.Of Andhra Pradesh want to get to your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 24/11/2010 and my plan is Rs.572 with 2Gb./month.Sir to my utter disappointment I feel that it is just a wast of money to go for 3.6 Mbps 3 G card when the speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 30-40 kbps and the download speed is only 10-20 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get any response.

And when I want to download some file always the line seems to be busy and I feel that my I p number is being used by some other members it come as as the Ip No: 218.248.84.86 is being used by some other member for downloading. Sir seing all this thing I feel I am cheated by the Bsnl people.

Today the above service has been disconnected many times on its own and we should start again. What is the issue? Secondly the speed is less than17 kbps as against 3.6mbps. please verify and tell us the reason and improve the speed immediately.

the bsnl 3g service at nagpur frequently get disconnected within 1 minute of its connect...the speed they had promised of 3.6 mbps is dream they only provide 20 to 30 kbps download speed .besides this many a times the 3g device show as no device detected even when it has been plugged in.other persons device doesnt work on same computer .also the device software disturbs the sound settings of the pc .

i have a data card by teracon of 7.2 mbps and had 3g connection from ap.
while accessing it it is producing heat huge amount of heat with in 5 min.
no response from bsnl cc.
complaint center is always busy.
i am in chennai now what to do

Initially it gave downloading speed of 70-80 KBPS. After 2 days it shot up to 200-300 KBPS. Now Since last three to four days no UMTS connection. Only EDGE connection with 3G Data Card and Speed 0-1 KBPS with 0 Speed being for 40 seconds and rest 20 seconds speed of 1 KBPS. so in all speed 20 KBPM(minute).

I Manoj Kumar Ramola,serving in Indian Army Jodhpur Area (Rajasthan) want to get to your attention that I am use your 3G USB DATA CARD and service use in this card 2G. I rechareged this number on 13/12/10 @ 274/-, and i am use internet though this card but on 18 Dec 10 approx 1600 hrs internet connection automatically disconnected and when i again connect this the msg appear "The ppp link control protocol was terminated" and connection not connect.i am restart the Laptop but problem is same. I am tried to contact the customer service for my problem but I did not get any response and they are very bed treat me and not give the any solution. firstly i am use this service in window 7, but now this service not work on window 7 or window xp.

I am use your 3G USB DATA CARD and service use in this card 2G. I rechareged this number on 9/12/10 @ 274/-.My Data card show two error message-
(1)Can not perform action.Not enough memory space.
(2)Access violation at addres 00440B80 in module 'BSNL 3G.exe'. Read of address 00000004.
it give me only 48kBps (maximun) speed,but you show 3.1 GBps. why?

I had subscribed for the bsnl 3g service one week ago.i bought the datacard and three months unlimited prepaid service which cost me around four thousands.the touble is i am not getting the speed(upto 7.2 mbps) that has been claimed in this tariff.forget 7.2 mbps, it's giving 10 to 40 kbps most of the time.most of the sites are not opening , not even google.i tried to call their customer care no. But they said they would call me later. Since then no one gave me a call.i tried the no. And the no. Of nodal officer for atleast hundred times, but no responses. I just want to know what should i do? I am feeling helpless.i didn't expect this kind of customer treatment from bsnl. Please help. And i also want to know if i opt for bsnl broadband now, would i have to pay again?

The Bhangar Seva Nigam Limited data card gives diconnection problem for all. Its not new to you only. Try this in your computer. You will get rid of disconnection problem.

Open control panel
go to network and internet connection
open network connection
You will see one icon dial up
right click on the icon
select properties
select options
in dialing options select display progress while connecting
deselect the rest
make redial attempts 99
time between redial attempts 1sec
idle time before hanging up never
select redial if line is droped
press ok


After that when ever you connect to the internet dont use the software provided by data card
connect directly from your bsnl icon in control panel
You will never face disconnection problem again
Even if it disconnects, the windows will connect automaticaly

Unless I use the software, I am unable to connect to the net. In fact, as soon as i insert the data card, the s/w opens up automatically. If I do not use the s/w, I am unable to connect to the internet. If I use windows, it just says "Dialing" and hangs. So it would be great if you can tell me how to connect directly bypassing the s/w.

My name is vicky.one week before i purchased a 3g data card from tamilnadu and it was working fine.As soon as i reached jabalpur MP.,i m not able to connect to net .Its showing data connection unavailable and error 628:The remote computer disconnected before responding .is coming always.I contacted customer care but they are un able to solve the problem.Some body please help me.My data card is Huawei E 156G.

I have a problem with my 3G datacard, I was using it for a month withut any problems, unfortuanetly i uninstalled the software from my laptop and its now i am unable to install it back
laptop is detecting the device but its not installng the device once we click n RUN. datacard is working fine in other laptops.
