    sir i brought bsnl evdo data 3g card previously it was working fine now i uninstalled the software from add remove programs and now i am unable to install the software back and infact when i plug in the card the device detect the drivers and install but it does not install the software of the data card plss help

    are you sure that you havent finished ur free usage data... because it may happen after finishing 2gb charges are apply...this problem has came in front of me before 2 months...... when i called to customer care they said i used my free usage data and after that 10 paisa / 10 kb charges will apply.

    Smile BSNLnet not working properly

    Default no 3gb in data card only accessing upto 2gb

    hi sir,
    i am amit and i have a problem with the bsnl data card. basically i am using 2g service in which we get 3gb from 98 rs as offered by the bsnl company but what the problem is we can only access upto 2gb as shown in the computer. i have asked to the customer care but no response from them they have said that i had used my total 3gb its a very big concern to think.


    my another big is the worst what is happening in the bsnl data card is when we recharge our sim with the net pack it is not 100% sure that our internet is working, the bsnl company had put a condition that to use the internet we have minimum 1rs in the sim. hey what rubbish is this if u have sim with net pack then what is the need of having rs in it.this is the very big problem every time when your data pack is over amount is deducted automatically and reaches to zero then next time when is again recharging your sim for data pack then again you have to pay 10-20 extra rupees.

    please reply this is a very big problem.
