Dear Sir / Madam,
Please note that every month by BSNL connectivity is getting disconnected and continously I am raising a ticket which is taking minimum 3 or 4 working days... When I reached to the BSNL executivies they are requesting me to give a written request for waiving the rent and I do not follow this process during the workday as my office hours cannot be utilised...
Please advise to proceed further.
